For £75 new Sky TV customers get over 200 free digital TV channels & 4 months of Sky's 4 most popular Entertainment Mixes (normally £20/month). After 4 months you'll receive Sky TV for £20/month. If you no longer want to receive Sky TV let Sky know & you can continue with the free channels.
Call Sky (08442-411-654) & quote the reference number located in your pack to book installation. You'll need your credit card/Direct Debit details ready - this allows you to order Pay Per View movies & events & continue to watch Sky TV at the end of the 4 months. Standard installation is free. Non standard installation costs extra. You must get any consents required (e.g.landlords).

BBC channels are available as part of your licence fee. Free channels are those available on the digital satellite platform from time to time, many of which are provided by third party broadcasters. You can receive a free standard Sky box without subscribing to Sky digital or buying up this pack. Sky selects your equipment. Free Sky box must be connected to a telephone line for 12 months. Viewing cards re-issued within 5 years are free of charge, charges map apply to replacements thereafter.

Small products
Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 3-4 working days of placing your order (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods).
Premium courier delivery service
If you choose a product which is delivered by courier, you may be offered the option of paying a small extra charge for a premium delivery service. In this case, your product will be delivered on the date and during any time slot you've specified. Premium delivery is not available for products delivered direct from the supplier.
All deliveries must be signed for.
Large products
Our Home Delivery Service - normally 5 Days
If you choose a product which is delivered by our home delivery service ( ie a large kitchen appliance or a TV 37" +, but excluding items delivered direct from supplier ) you will be able to choose your preferred delivery dates when you order. We will make every effort to deliver in line with your preferences. We will contact you beforehand to confirm the delivery date and, if possible, an am or pm delivery slot. This will usually be in our third email to you.
